Chicken has infected feet

My chicken was fine yesterday and I didn’t notice anything wrong but when I went to the coop today to let them free I noticed that one of my hens wasn’t moving. Then I saw that her feet had a big ball sticking out between her toes. It seems like an infection but I don’t know how to help her. What can I do? I don’t have any of the fancy poultry equipment to treat her so is there any at home solution I can try after removing the pus inside the ball?

I was having trouble taking the picture because it’s raining with thunder and she kept getting spooked

Here's one article. Other than reading what others have shared, that's all I've got. I hoped just a name/word for you to search under would help as well.

I didn't have a scalpel or anything, and ours was very small, just wrapped her and washed her. Did have antibiotic ointment and gauze to wrap it.

Where are you located? You may be able to go to a pharmacy or a dollar store and grab some antibiotic ointment, gauze and similar to vet tape (it sticks to itself)
