We got it out with a hood soak and some tweezers. She was a pretty good sport about it. Thanks for the advice everyone!

Yes, that is bumblefoot from the large scab on the foot pad, and the swelling on top between the toes. I would bring her inside and get her a daily warm soak of Epsom salts water or betadine and water. Then get together supplies of vet wrap cut into 1 inch strips, gauze, plain triple antibiotic ointment (neosporin,) betadine to clean the wound, and a diposable scalpel from the feed store. The goal is to get all of the solid pus core out of the scab. There are videos available from TheChickenChick.com if you Google "bumblefoot in chickens."

Ohh my Friend's chicken having the same problem she notice today morning but that chicken's foot pad is slightly red I think its a beginning we are soaking the foot in Epsom warm water and applying antibacterial powder and cream

They get this microbial infection from little cuts in their foot.
One of the most common reasons for this cuts is a roost pole to high.
When a big mature ( overweight? ) bird is getting down from a to high roosting pole its weight in impact can cause some microscopic Cutts, and that is sufficient for infection.
So keep your roosting poles low enough and WIDE enough.

Our roosting stick is a little less than 2 feet above the bedding.

What would you consider too high?

I see the girls routinely fly around from greater heights during their free ranging.
