1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Iris is a Lavender Orpington , 10 months old and now about 3 pounds. She has no appetite.
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
A couple weeks ago I posted about a lump/cyst on her neck. Dr. removed it and it healed fine. I noticed now she has more smaller lumps/cysts on her neck, on her leg where feathers meet the skin. from doing research it looks like feather cysts as she is moulting. As I looked her over I found these lumps under her vent. She is listless and sits and sleeps. She still moves around but not like she did weeks ago.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
About a week now.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
I am not sure. Maybe just something genetic, if that is possible?
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
She just "picks" at her food and takes a measly amount of flock raiser. She doesn't drink much either. I have to dip her beak to get her to drink.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
If and when she does poop it is creamy white and loose.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
At first I thought she had a prolapse. I sat her in warm water and then applied hemorrhoid cream and used a gloved finger to check inside.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
I would like to see if it is something I can fix, otherwise it will be back to the vet.
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
Yes

You can see her vent right above the swollen areas.

12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
I have a sand floor in my coop and run. I have been using excelsior nest pads.
