A few months ago I got this chicken her name is peaches. When I got her she was covered in lice and half of her beak was cut off she's doing pretty well now. She does have a respiratory problem, I gave her tylan 50 orally for 5 days and it hasn't worked (worked on my other chickens) any suggestions on what I should do?

Hello and welcome to BYC! :)
Sorry to hear that your chicken is sick. :(

Do you know what kind of repertory illness peaches has?
(If so, ignore the following questions. I am just trying to narrow down the possibilities so others on here have a better idea of what peaches is dealing with and how to treat her):

Does she have nasal discharge/raspy breathing?
How does her comb look (any spots/discoloration/scabs present)?
How does her poo look (pictures would be great if you can)?
Have you noticed any blood in her droppings?
How long has peaches been sick (at least that you know of)?
How is her weight (i.e. has she been eating much since she got sick)?

I hope that peaches is better soon! I am not a professional and do not have lots of experience with repertory illnesses but I know that there are lots of people on here that can help. :)

Welcome to BYC. Some respiratory diseases such as MG or coryza may respond to antibiotics such as Tylan. Others such as infectious bronchitis, ILT, and others are caused by viruses, which do not respond to antibiotics. Most diseases have to run their course over several weeks to months. Most are chronic and symptoms make come back whenever they get stressed by cold weather or molting.

I don't know what kind it is, she does have nasal discharge, her comb looks normal. She doesn't have any blood in her droppings. Well I know she's been sick for probably about a month now. It hasn't affected her eating one bit.
