My Cochin around 3 years old has been acting really fatiqued the past few days and has a swollen area under her beak, it feels soft and i dont think she feels pain when i press on it, shes still strong and perks up when theres food, she eats well and drinks enough, Ive been giving her disinfectant medication and not sure what it could be.

Could it be an insect sting?

In any case check the inside of her mouth for foreign objects or lesions/canker.

Can you see her tongue, does it look normal?

And welcome to the BYC community! :frow

Nothing seems wrong inside her beak and theres no obvious signs of insect bites, when shes left alone she sits or lays down closes her eyes and gets pale, but immediately returns to a healthy red color when picked up or fed.

I can't seem to see her tongue in your picture...🤔
The ball like swelling underneath a chickens' wattles is often related to their tongue being swallowed or restricted by a thread or hair wrapped around it, which leaves them very uncomfortable and with difficulty to eat or drink properly. Please check again.

This is how a healthy chicken tongue looks like

I checked inside her beak again and she has a pale/yellowish tongue, the swelling isn't worsening but it's still there and she's still fatiqued and sleeps a lot, she also lost some weight and feels a bit warmer than normal.

I've brought her inside to rest alone.

Can you see a vet? She might benefit from tube feeding if she is not eating and drinking enough.

Both her feet look really swollen, does anyone know why and how to help her?

If you could get pictures of her standing with her feet side by side that might help. There are several reasons for swelling of the lower extremities. Mycoplasma synovitis (MS,) a bacterial arthritis, can cause swelling of the ankles and hock joints. Gout can cause enlarged lumpy feet, but the ankles may appear normal. Bumblefoot infection where the foot pads may have a scab and infection, could appear swollen. And an injury such as a sprain or fracture, could make a joint swollen. The photo you posted could be possible MS, but more pictures might help. Chickens with MS may sit or lie down much of the time, and can have a breast blister or scab over their breastbone from pressure.
