Recently, 2 chickens including this one had been victim to skin covering up their eyes,, and we're not sure what to do due to the lack of helpful information on google. Our two infected chickens, one we put down, had some fluid coming out of their eyes, and though we suspect that its Fowl Pox due to our chickens living near a lake, we havent found anything about Fowl Pox doing this.

Welcome to BYC. I do think that is fowl pox. You may be able to save them is you use some Terramycin or Neosporin eye ointment twice a day, and make sure they are getting enough to eat and drink. Rinse off eye crust or drainage with saline or warm wet washcloth. Don’t disturb the scabs on the skin much, as it can spread it. The pox virus, which is carried by mosquitoes in hot weather, will last about 4 weeks. When they can’t see food or water they can die. So I would take each one aside and feed them mushy wet chickens feed, some dry, and some egg daily. For a picky eater, torpedo feeding is helpful, and you can rotate a little tuna, or canned cat food for interest. Torpedo feeding is taking dry chicken crumbles, and combining with a little water and egg to make small tubes of food that are placed into the beak. Tube feeding is another alternative.
