Chicken has strange spots/blisters on comb!

I picked up my hen today and noticed something on her comb. It’s sort of like yellow spots/blisters. She didn’t have these yesterday and isn’t showing any other symptoms. I have attached two images below but you might have to zoom in to see them clearly. It’s been very sunny outside so they might be some sort of sunburn. Does anyone know what this could be or how I can help her?
