Chicken hasn't gotten any new feathers

We have a 2 year old Buff Orpington that lost most of her feathers at the beginning of winter, she still hasn't gotten them back. We looked for lice and mites on her and didn't find any. Not sure what to do?? Anyone have any idea what's going on?? Thanks Rob

Can you post pictures of your hen?
You may want to up the protein in her food. Use an all flock type of food, a feather fixer formula, give her hard boiled/scrambled eggs, tuna, meats, etc. Protein helps when they have gone through a molt.
How long has it been?

She's been like this for about 5 months. She acts fine, just no feathers. We looked for lice and didn't see any. Per a pic of her.
