Chicken having seizures? HELP

Basically my chicken has been sitting down in a trance-like state and twisting her neck in an unnatural way for a couple seconds. I thought she was dying. Between these "attacks" she's totally fine. All the other chickens are fine and she hasn't had an attack since I brought her in the house. What is wrong with her and is there anything I can do to help her?

Wry neck? I believe caused by a vitamin deficiency.... not 100% sure

I felt her neck and I'm not sure if this is normal but it seemed to stick out from the bottom like she is holding it in a weird position so maybe you're right? She also just had another "attack" maybe she's trying to relocate her neck? Also she's standing on one foot

Shes also kinda puffing up her chest

Update again: I saw a video of a chicken with wry neck and it actually did look like her
