Chicken Heads On Craigslist?

Fish bait would be my first guess.

I can see them being used for soup, but I'll pass. I try to avoid eating the spinal/brain fluid of anything myself.

I just ran across a post on another forum that reminded me of this thread: The OP was using ground up chicken heads as one of the main ingredients in raw dogfood. If you could buy chicken heads cheap enough, it could save you money on dogfood.
