So I have a Plymouth hen that is about a year and a half but lately shes been depressed I can't of a reason why she just stands there with her eyes closed and her wattle has fallen. I let my chickens out to roam everyday I feed them oats everyday, they have a happy life I can't see why she would be upset unless shes very sick. I need replies soon because tbh I dont think she'll make it much longer she looks very sad and I dont know what to do. PLEEEAASEE HEEEELLLLP!!!

I'm not an expert, but I suspect chickens are either healthy, or not, but most likely not depressed or sad. If you have concerns about her, I would suggest maybe putting her into an isolation cage in your garage or house where you can keep her warm and comfortable and observe her for signs of sickness - and then treat accordingly. If she is sick, it's probably best to separate her from the others. Giving her some extra TLC in the house or garage won't harm her.

Please keep the thread updated. Best wishes.

She's probably molting, they can act a bit off for at least a few days during a molt.

I hope you are also feeding a good chicken ration as well as the oats.
They can use some extra protein, especially animal protein, during the molt.
