Chicken hen with Turkey poults... What do I do?

I had a Chicken hen go broody, so I put 3 of the turkeys eggs under her, Well they hatched 3 days ago.
So far she has not taken them out of the nest, Shouldnt they be needing to eat and drink by now?
I am worried that she may be waiting too long. Do you think I need to take the poults away from her and raise them myself?

try to put some feed and water for them in the nest and watch

The only problem is that if I get anywhere close to her she screams like a banshee!

Some good advice I got was to wear an oven mitt, then add food and water. Helps protect your hands from pecking!
