Did you give anything else for pain? Pain relief can give her more of a will to endure and conquer this. Electrolytes?
Do you know if she's able to get some sleep?

I did give her something for pain. I think something is wrong with one of her legs. She definitely favors one side and one leg is stretched out and stiff when I try and bend it. I see nothing that looks swollen and the the leg is warm, but it is stiff and she is staying off of it. She will drink but won't eat, so do I keep giving her pain meds and gatoraid or something like that?

If you have or can get poultry electrolytes (such as Durvet V&E) that would be best (feed stores have). In a pinch, a bit of pedialtye or gatorade will do. And then you can also use Polyvisol (for children) drops - some give a few drops each day for a week or so.
Parrot hand feeding formula is sometimes used at times like this to try to encourage a bit of eating.
What are you giving for pain? If you come to feel internal bleeding is not an issue (tho tough to tell without veterinary tests), the aspirin as described above may give her much needed relief - maybe that is the pain reliever she is already on? If she was hit by a car, I can only imagine the pain she must be experiencing, poor dear girl.
Rescue Remedy still a good aid here.
If you can keep her really comfy and hydrated time hopefully in time she will show signs of some healing. I am really hoping so.

I'll keep checking in to see how she's doing

Well, she has pooped today and no sign of blood, so that is a good sign. Otherwise, things are still about the same. I keep giving her fluids and a bit of pain killer. She seems alert and is sleeping when it gets dark.

Thank you for all of your advise and help!
