Chicken holding eye closed

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anybody could offer me some advice. I have a 5 week old chick who is holding her eye shut. I looked in it and everything looks normal. She is eating, drinking, and running around like normal. I don't know if it was scratched or something? Any recommendations? Are there any eye drops I could use? Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks
