Chicken in featured thread?

I don't know what kind of chicken is in that thread. I do know that I have several different breeds of chickens that will hunt down and fight over a mouse that another chicken caught. The turkeys are even more aggressive in catching them.

I knew that pic was of one of the Oriental gamefowl breeds, they can sometimes be quite difficult to tell apart without good profile and head pics though.

In the featured thread "dealing with rats" there is a pic used with a chicken holding a mouse in its break.

Does anyone know what breed of chicken is in the picture? Very cool looking

I am new to BYC and I love my Saipan Jungle Fowl. I purchased them last June from Cackle. My Roos are so much sweeter than the hens. The end of January they started laying. Well of course I ran out and bought an incubator. 13 eggs later (between 3 hens), I finally have 1 that have veins. Hatch day 3/12. Fingers crossed
