Chicken in shock(?)

I give her hydro-hen then switch to regular water every 12hr.

At first I'd just gave her adult crumble but she showed interest in eating her original food again (Nutrena NatureWise All Flock) so I've been giving her that and she's been eating it.

Today I did offer her some mashed up boiled eggs and she ate a good bit of it.

That's good what you've been giving her! Try giving her some scrambled eggs and electrolyte water to boost her energy. Here's a recipe-
1 Cup Water
2 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
1/8 tsp. Salt
Switch her back to regular water then after you give her the electrolyte water.

Update for anyone interested:

It really did seem like things were getting better, but now it looks like she hit a wall in her path.

She doesn't roost anymore and she always seems down. I took her out today so she could get some fresh air although she still looks depressed.

She can walk but she occasionally loses balance and nearly falls. She makes very slow movements and I'm worried this might be a sign of neurological issues. I'm unsure of what to do

Hydro Hen is fine to give, it's electrolytes so you are doing that already.

I'd stick with flock raiser feed if possible.

Has she laid anymore eggs since Sunday? If not, then I'd get Extra Calcium into her for several days. You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

I'd also consider giving her vitamin therapy to see if it makes a difference. Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily. These vitamins are used to support and hopefully repair injury.

She laid one Monday but not yesterday or today.

I have dried egg shells I crushed up into a fine powder, could I use that and just mix it into some egg or into her current feed?

I've heard some others recommending this to chickens who seem to have similar issues. I'll definitely have to give it a try!

Can she see out of her left eye? Does that side need a trim?

Generic brand of vitamins is fine. I'd try them and see if they help. She's having some balance issues. This could be due to the trauma she experienced last week.
Check her good for lice/mites too.

She can see things close to her but I'd definitely like to trim it up more.
Dosen't help she's blind in her right eye. Even before all of this she's been a bit clumsy.

Definitely! I've unfortunately had to deal with lice before on some other chickens

Poor girl! I didn't realize she was already blind in one eye. This may be making recovery a little more difficult for her. Chickens are pretty resilient, so hopefully she will overcome this.

Yeah we aren't exactly sure what happened to that eye because it was something that happened long before we got her. We think it might've been damaged by another chicken.
