K-12, goodness! he's a beauty! frankly, I like Yosemite Sam... I have 2 bantam Mille Fleur d'Uccle boys, pre-named Max and Tommy... they look like tiny speckled pineapples...

K-12, goodness! he's a beauty! frankly, I like Yosemite Sam... I have 2 bantam Mille Fleur d'Uccle boys, pre-named Max and Tommy... they look like tiny speckled pineapples...

Thanks! I have always liked Yosemite Sam too; it fits his personality perfectly! He thinks he's a big, bad rooster, giving all of us the "stink eye" and pulling grass out of the ground when he sees us. On occasion he'll try to follow or chase us (especially my younger brothers on their bikes), but he has never leapt up and attacked. I can chase him, crow at him, and hold him, but he never takes the hint. He's perfectly calm when I'm able to hold him (catching him is nearly impossible unless in a closed-in area). His favorite girls are the Silkie pullets and almost any of the large hens; he almost ignores the d'Uccle pullet.
