Looks like she may have a little mucous in the nostrils. Do you notice any sneezing, coughing, watery or bubbly eyes?

Different one, this is new hempshire hen

The bluish green tone is probably bruising. She may have gotten pecked or injured it somehow.
I would look in the ear canal just to make sure there's no pus/infection. If there isn't any, then I would keep watch on it for a couple of days to see if it resolves on it's own.
