Chicken is groaning and every few seconds she makes a loud almost hiccup sound

Chicken is groaning and every few seconds she makes a loud almost hiccup sound but its kind of screechy. She is one of 5 chickens that are just at the age of laying. In all the years of having chickens this is a first for me. Please advise, help,etc. Thanks.
