Ok so I brought her outside, she couldn't even stand up on the leg that has bumblefoot. The foot was wrapped. But she can't even stand up anymore, she ate a little of the scrambled eggs (seems like the only thing she'll eat) I can't get her to drink water also. The bumblefoot doesn't even look that bad compared to the pictures so I don't know why she can't even stand up....???
No, she hasn't been ever sick or injured before, I'm not sure how old she is but she has to be at least over 3, so she's not that young (but not that old either)
I put her in a sling![]()

Unfortunately it's winter and everything is wet, cold, and snowy![]()
Thanks for all the responses on helping her!![]()
This might be a dumb question, but What do you mean by good nutrition? Cause basically our chickens get is chicken feed, and food scraps from the table (anything from breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Do you have the foot wrapped? If so, is there an open wound on it?
A small amount of molasses in water is o.k. occasionally. Molasses has a laxative effect, so not to much. If you can find some Poultry Nutri-Drench or Poultry Cell at your local feed store that would be better.
What does her poop look like?
Have you felt of her abdomen - any swelling or bloat?
I had her foot wrapped in vetrycn because I was thinking it was bumble foot,
Would apple cider vinegar help? I'll see if my sister can get some medicine/vitamins at the feed store (I think she works around there)
