Chicken is sick!

My chicken, who is a Rhode island red, is sick! She keeps both eyes closed all the time, and when she opens them their watery. She has been turning down food, even treats, for the last day, and has not been going back into the coop when it gets dark.

Sorry to hear your RIR is not well. You might get some great advice by others who know much more than I do, but I would start by putting her in an isolation cage where you can keep her safe and comfortable and offer her food and water separate from the rest of the flock. When others respond, you might get good suggestions as to treatment. Hope she gets better.

KEEP HER WARM
Try dipping her beak in water to help her drink

DONT FORCE IT if she won’t drink she won’t drink
Try getting some antibiotics from your feed store
AND DONT STRESS HER
dont give up
