Chicken is sick!!

Young chicken not moving and not opening eyes
Not returning to coop at night have had for about 4 weeks not sure what to do

Her crop looks rather full, what does it feel like? Does her breath smell (sour or otherwise bad smelling?) Has she begun laying yet? Does she make any strange noises while breathing (e.g. rattling, raspy etc.)? When did she become unresponsive?

We need some more information to go on, there are lot's of things that could be wrong.

Edit: I also want to add that I'm sorry about your pullet. I hope she gets better!

She has not started laying
I think she is around 12-15 weeks old
She is quiet but when I pick her up she chirps quietly like a young hatchling
I noticed her like this 2 nights ago when I went to lock their sleeping area and she was not in there which is strange
Last night also was in the corner of the shed and did not go to their sleeping area

can she walk or does she just not move much? how long has she been sitting in that one spot? how does she eat? does she drink? if not then you might have to pipe water into her via syringe. I know this sounds like a weird question, but is she pooping, and what color is it? does she seem to have something wrong with her legs or do you think it is something else? I hope she starts getting better soon!

Okay, what about her crop? Is it full or empty? If it's full, is it squishy like a water balloon, like a lump of dough or hard? Is she eating or drinking? Hydration for a sick chicken is very important, so if she's not drinking you may want to give her some water with a syringe.

Can you post some photos of her poop?
Good questions from everyone!
What are you feeding her?
Is she the only chicken that you got 4wks ago? You had other chickens on the property too right?
Check her crop to see if it's empty in the morning.

If she's been with you about 4wks - I would also consider treating her for Coccidiosis too.

Keep her warm and see if you can get her hydrated.

If you can hear her brething and it sounds weird tat could be sighs of a sickness that kills chickens so if that id the case you need to get her started on chicken antibiotics their is one called : VETAFARM For all types of birds get her on that for 4-5 days if her brathing is bad or she is finding it hard to breath or walk.
