Made one of my birds today for dinner, yummy. Put some butter and rosemary and tyme on it. This one was 5 pounds. I also sold 9 birds today! Woo hoo.

We processed our first group of meaties a week ago. And I agree - yummy! I used melted butter with some lemon juice and rosemary and thyme as well. Can't wait to raise the next flock. Congrats on a delicious looking dinner!
