I dont have dry pics yet. 6 are out more trying. I will put up pics when I get em lol. Remember. They are at a friends house in her bator. I am anxiously waiting pics too!!!

The haching out part can take over 24 hours sometimes!
We now have ten chicks out with two more trying to finish up. The rest have gone quiet. Not to bad for a first hatch! I don't have pics yet but they will be home Friday!!! If I get more pics I will post them.

Wanted to put out a big THANK YOU for all those still following Big Chicken! She sure has come a long way! The chick hatched today was the only one of her eggs in the bunch. A friend was testing out her new bator and needed eggs. I had a bunch. Hers was about 4 days old but I took it to her anyway. I am so happy that it hatched! Mr Rooster man is a dad! Lets keep our fingers crossed we get lucky again and its a pullet lol. Other wise I might end up with an extra roo. :) I also have another one of hers in my bator. Its my first try with one and its still air so the chances it hatches are pretty slim. But hey keep your fingers crossed! AND one of her eggs is on its way to NC tomorrow with some others to someone who bought some of my hatching eggs off ebay. So we will see!!!
THank you all again and I look forward to better weather so I can get more flock pics!

Total hatch was ten. Three are still drying off.
 
Sweet.....LC....WOW I had no idea it took that long to hatch...I shall have to get a good instruction book on hatching eggs...
Why did they go quiet?
