Chicken keeps falling over! Help!

Hi there! Gertie is doing pretty well today too! She is walking around with a slight limp.. slower than other girls for sure but standing, eating, drinking, walking with the slightest wobble... I’m so confused on what happens but grateful for all your help! 🥰🙏🏻🐓
Hi everyone! Wanted to send an update on Gertrude. She is basically the same as last week.. walking, eating, drinking BUT I still feel like something is off. She used to be so sassy but now is much quieter. She is last out of coop in the morning, doesn’t run to me for treats (but will eat them). And just seems off.. almost as if confused... I know she can see and hear but something just doesn’t seem right. Any ideas on what I could do to help? I haven’t given any calcium or vitamins since last week.. should I continue those? Any antibiotics? She 9C074A97-55B2-4982-A296-EE5DD3C76A90.jpeg also hasn’t laid an egg in over a week. Here are some pics of her this morning.

How is her weight? Check her keel bone. If she's very underweight, she may be weak. Underweight hens won't ovulate, just like underweight women. She may need building up after her bout of illness and Poultry Nutri-drench and some high grade protein could help for a few days. I've been offering my recovering pullet cooked rice with chicken and keifer. It's a big hit. Also, soft boiled egg with runny yolk is irresistible.

She seems maybe a bit thin... I don’t have Poultry Nutri-drench but I can get some! I’m going to try the egg.. they usually don’t like eggs BUT maybe the runny yolk will help! 😘 Do you think I should give her some amoxicillin?

Noticed as well today that her poop is running and yellowish... VERY similar to how Margaret’s was when she was sick... hmmm....

Post a pic of her poop, please. Try the sugar water to see if that revives her. This step will help in trying to diagnose what's wrong.
Here is her poop... and I’ll do sugar water as well right now. This just looks so much like Margaret’s poop when she was sick!

She seems scared to go up and down stairs too... that’s not like her...

Thank you azygous, glad you’re here helping Gertrude.

(I’ll do the same diet with my pullet whom I found hanging upside down by the foot. She’s back to normal except getting her foot wounds disinfected and dabbed with Neosporin gel nightly.)

I don’t know. Maybe:
Antibiotic at 8 in the morning, human probiotic capsule at 8 in the evening. Daily serving of extra protein with 1/4 tab B complex. Confinement to a large cage with a low roost bar and one friend. Thoughts?

Thank you! She seems fine out with her flock and only sleeps with one friend currently. She doesn’t roost.. bad habit lol. I’m thinking the antibiotic too... just in case...
