Chicken labored breathing and now bloody poop (yucky pictures) help.

I went to a feed store and got vet rx
and colloidal silver. Ive treated her with these for 2 days but she isn't getting better. Jewel, our 20 week sapphire gem, has had coughing, sneezing (so much sneezing!) and labored breathing for the past 7 days. She just started stretching out her neck to breathe in the last 2 days. Today was the first day we noticed red in her poop. The vet offices won't test her poop because she is not an established patient. I'm worried we are losing her! Any suggestions?

Is bloody poop always coccidiosis? Does cord treat any other conditions? First time chicken owner
