Chicken laying eggs without a shell! What can we do? The chicken is over 1 year old. Calcium is readily available!

One of our 1+ year old chickens is laying eggs without a shell. We think we know who the culprit is because of dirty butt. We aren’t 100% sure but we are thinking that it’s a pretty good sign! Has anyone had this happen to a mature hen, and if so, what did you do? Thanks for your time

You can try calcium citrate with vitamin D for a few days. I've seen people on here use that instead of plain calcium because the vitamin D helps the calcium absorb better
