Chicken laying yolks

I think one of my 2 year old hens is squeezing out yolks. Yesterday I found yolk on the ground just out side the coop with no egg shell in sight and today I spotted a large yellow yolk spot inside the coop.
About a month ago or so she did have trouble laying a soft shell egg.
Any way to correct this?

Generally when I see only yolk I assume an egg was broke and was eaten, they usually eat the shell up and whatever they can pick off the ground as far as the contents. Generally you are left with only some yolk. Could also be from soft eggs which usually get eaten, especially if any are on the ground.
