Chicken leg injury

We have a backyard chicken who is 5- she recently developed a leg injury we can’t diagnose. The only symptom is that she won’t walk, she limps when walking and doesn’t want to get up. Her leg is not warm, tender to the touch or enlarged. During and briefly after her nightly epsom salt bath she seems to be fine, will stand, walk around and use her legs fine. She’s not egg bound and is eating and drinking. Any ideas for treatment?

Any swelling or fluid in the abdomen below the vent between her legs?
