Chicken lethargic, yellow/green runny poop

I really encourage you to collect some fresh poop from her and take it in to the vet tomorrow. They can check it for worms and parasites. Put it in a ziplock bag :)

Severe outbreak (0.024%)
20% Powder
no less than 1.5 teaspoons per gallon 3-5 days, then 1/3 teaspoon for 7-14 days.
9.6% Liquid
no less than 2 teaspoons per gallon for 3-5 days, then 1/2 teaspoon for 7-14 days.

Moderate outbreak (0.012%)
20% Powder
no less than 3/4 teaspoons per gallon 3-5 days, then 1/3 teaspoon for 7-14 days.
9.6% Liquid
no less than 1 teaspoons per gallon for 3-5 days, then 1/2 teaspoon for 7-14 days.

In Canada it says this:
Use Directions
POULTRY - As soon as caecal coccidiosis is diagnosed, give 0.024% amprolium in the drinking water for 5 to 7 days. Continue the treatment with 0.006% amprolium medicated water for an additional one to two weeks. No other source of drinking water should be available to the birds during this time.
 
Sorry I posted misinformation. I read it on another post here on BYC, and have actually used that dosage on my flock, and it seemed to work fine. I'll have to update my information, and my dosage. Thank you for the corrected information.
 
Hello everyone,
Sadly Rallye did not make it through the night. I am totally devastated, this was my first loss as a chicken owner. I will be keeping a close eye on everyone else for the next few days.

Thank you everyone for your input. I wish I had a definite answer as to what happened but she is no longer suffering
