Chicken Lice

I have a flock of chickens, turkey's and guinea hens. We had an outbreak of lice and treated with Ivermectin pour-on and was told that it only treats one type of louse. I bought Ultra-Boss for my goats from my Vet and can't find any information about using it for my chickens. Does anyone know if it is safe for them? And what would the dosage be it is a permethrin product. Thank you.

it's a spray for horses.

one spray under each wing, in the butt fluff and the back of the neck.
