So after spending more time looking at the pics it just looks like a fairly deep hole and some necrotic tissue. New tissue should have formed inside the hole as it healed. If it healed. I can't see all the way in from the angle.
The discoloration on the foot could be from the infection spreading. Or, if you did wrap it too tight or did an OK wrap but it became too tight when she stood or walked, the discoloration could be from lack of circulation. That also slows down healing. A warm epson salt soak might help the circulation. Not too warm because you don't want to cause more tissue damage.
Manuka honey or Medihoney can help it so that's why I suggested packing the hole with it

Do the whole 10 days of Amoxicillan. It may help with the salpingitis which may have caused the lash egg.
