Chicken limping bumblefoot

Don't isolate her too much, it does stress them out. If the crate has a floor, use it with bedding. Keep the bedding fresh. Put the crate in the run so she can be with the flock while on the mend. I would let the antibiotics do their thing and evaluate. She will heal and recuperate. But, I imagine she isn't feeling like putting her foot down with the wound that's healing.
She could use an nsaid for pain management.

So maybe I am just over the top on my head. But today is day 6 and she doesn't seemed to heal or want to put the foot down? Is that normal? I am scared what if it doesn't clear up on 10th day? Do I switch to a different antibiotic? Sorry but I am so worried.

Is the foot healing?

What dosage are you giving her?
It seems a bit better than before for sure. She is putting little more weight today than yesterday. I will post pics later. I am giving her amoxi 250 twice a day. I just don't know if I should extend amoxi to 14 days or do it 10 and if it's still bad than change to something else?
I can't lose her because it will he my fault as I did the bumblefoot surgery that went wrong. I am turning to my chicken community because people in my house think I am paying more attention to the chicken than my kids. I am also concerned because she pooped a round worms or two but I didn't think that was more important right now. I thought the deworming can wait.

If she's pooping round worms, she has an overload of worms and won't feel right until treated. You can treat for roundworms and still give the antibiotic. I'd continue the antibiotic for 10 days (if that's the normal recommendation) and then if not 100% by then, switch to baytril. It's my understanding that baytril is a stronger antibiotic.
But, you don't want to go back and forth on dosing. If the recommendation for amoxicilin is 7-10days, then after day 7 you could switch. Her gut is going to need probiotics. Just give a couple hours apart.

What kind of.probiotics? I think I should continue the amoxi but I am open to suggestions. I have never used baytril and don't know how to use (its in vials).
