Chicken looks unhealthy, greasy and her tail is sideways

She also act strange but eats fine. Kind of "in the zone" and moves slower than usually. About 7-8 months old.

Can you tell us a bit more about your bird/situation - for example the age & breed of the bird, when you noticed this particular concern, how long you have had the bird, etc. Perhaps it would also help us envision what you are seeing if you were to post a photo of your bird.

Hello and thank you!
I've had my chicken for about 2 months now
Her name is Cookie and she is about 7 months old. No idea what breed. She is the pack leader but in last few days she started acting weird, like putting her head under her wing and looks very greasy and not healthy. She also tends to close her eyes often and looks like she's falling asleep. Her tail leans to the left. I snapped one picture earlier.
