Ive been treating for that in the coop and spraying the girls also .They may have mites
Im ready to try anything . My rhode islands are high on the pecking order but one of them started losing her feathers first and is in a bad way , now i noticed it on speckles which is whndotte i believe , And one of my buffs is looking bad off now also .It looks like others are pecking and breaking off her feathers. You could try spraying on some blue dyeing BluKote on the bare or red spots, or a cream such as Nustock which can hide them as well and is bad tasting. Look at how much room they have, are they getting outside to free range or are they bored, how much protein they are getting and if their diet is well balanced. Is she low in the pecking order, and do you have a rooster?
