Chicken losing feathers in summer

I have a hen that is losing her feathers, it's summer. I have 5 chickens and she is the only one. And I think she stopped laying eggs too. She's still eating, and 2 weeks ago she ate some mice. Anyone have an idea what might be the problem?

She's definitely not being bullied.

Is it only on her crop?

I think she's broody. One of my hens is doing that.

Is she broody?
The feather loss looks to be at the crop and/or breast. Is her crop empty in the mornings before she eats/drinks?
Are you finding her feathers in the nesting box or a nest site where she may have plucked them out?
