It looks more like a nail than part of a toe to me? That happened to one of my pullets this year. When I discovered it, I could tell it had been bleeding. Sometimes I’m a bit over the top with my chicken care, but literally did nothing for this. I may have sprayed it once with veterycin, but don’t recall for sure. In your case, I think I’d leave it alone. If you think her actual toe was cut off at the tip, just keep an eye out for infection. I suspect she’ll be just fine.
