I have not given her any oil or water by syringe .
I looked at her crop again today and it was completely empty.
From the answers I got it looks more like a respiratory infection probably because of the mold, I took a look at where she sleeps (she sleeps in a bedroom) and there was some mold on the walls.
As suggested I will try to buy one of the antibiotics mentioned (Tylan/Tylosin, Tetracyclines, Oxine, Baytril, Doxycycline) and start the treatment because the infection is probably in the beginning and it may be that it can be saved.
Thanks for the answers it helped me a lot to have an idea of what she might have.

You mention aspiration. Have you given her any oil or water by syringe and she aspirated?
Gurgling noises while eating, I would still reinvestigate to make sure her crop is emptying.
Some of the symptoms do point to respiratory infection. Mold can cause the symptoms as well. Even if she's outside during the day, if it's moldy where she's sleeping, then that may be part of the problem.
Tylan/Tylosin, Tetracyclines or Baytril can be used to see if those make a difference.
