Ok thx so much!! Didn’t know there was a big difference between egg shell calcium and oyster shell calcium.Crushed eggshells are great but you should also keep oyster shell available. The egg shells will only have a portion of the calcium that the hens produce.

Glad you joined.Use these but the correct dosage is 2 daily. I give one in the morning and one in the evening. It is safe to give them to her for a week.I just give one of these daily when they are having a problem like that for a couple days or few days you can give one a day.
These are more of a treat. As mentioned, please put out a container or 2 of oyster shell. They need a slower release calcium source than egg shells provide and they are just not enough calcium.open bowl of finely crushed egg shells
