I know this first came about in the 70s - I remember seeing Harold Bate on BBC TV. What became of this? Was it all swallowed up by the Petroleum Industry? Harold developed this for carburettor engines - how easy is it to convert modern fuel injection systems? How about modern engine management systems, do they get in the way? Is Harold still around? I presume not.
