I think that I now have a good grasp on exactly how chicken math works...

I went outside this morning to find my old buff hen in the pen dead :( she was probably seven to eight yrs old. At lunch time I was snooping on facebook and saw that a local feed store got a new shipment of chicks - silver laced wyanndottes. I stopped by after work just to "check them out"...and walked out the door with six.

I have been struck with chicken math!

6 = 1. Yes, that is one premise of chicken math. For today's lesson you get an A+. [IMG]

Chicken math, they really should warn you about it shouldn't they. Have fun with the new arrivals, and sorry about your old girl.
