I have 2 new chicks that are frizzles. They are kept alone. They about 3 weeks old and one of them has no hair above the beak and it is bright red and I have noticed blood in the stool. I am new to chicks so Please help me.

what kind of feed are they on? Medicated?
Cocci will show up through feces (bloody), and is very contagious.
If it is cocci and they have not been on medicated starter, then you could start with changing the feed, but also you will need to treat the cocci with sulmet in their water.
Hopefully someone can give you more info and dosing instructions.
Good Luck.

Maybe posting a pic of the feather loss too could be helpful.
I know frizzles can be pretty wacky looking when they are young....but just incase.

No it is not medicated. My neighbor came over and told me if they were sick they would not be eating and active like they are. So I will keep watching them.

Sometimes you will see a little blood, or what looks like blood, and they are OK. Here's a website to help you evaluate the poo:

Since they are being raised without a mama, you should really get some probiotic in them so they can build some good gut flora. Plain live culture yogurt is the simplest way to do this. You'll probably have to mix it with a bit of feed or scrambled egg to get them started eating it. Give them a teaspoon or two every day for a while.
