Chicken missing feathers/rash on behind

I just noticed on of my 3 Barred Rocks has missing feathers as well as possibly a rash on her behind. It looks like it could be a rash or scabs but there is definitely a noticeable patch of missing feathers. Her behavior is normal and the other 2 have no signs of this. Any ideas/information would be greatly appreciated!

Have you examined her for parasites?
