Hello! Found this on the ear of my Silkie and wasn’t sure what it was. Anyone any clue?

It looks like lice nits (eggs) to me.
I would get a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust and treat her and her flockmates. Clean out bedding/housing, nesting boxes and treat those as well (don't forget roosting bars). Repeat in 7 days intervals.

Those little egg casings are likely stuck on like glue, you may also want to apply a little coconut oil on those to help loosen then up a bit and work some of those off the feathers. I would also pay attention to the ears (behind that little tuft of feathers), see if there's lice in there too.

What do her legs look like?

Checked them out and yep the flock has been infiltrated! Nothing on the legs but mainly the ear and crown area. Cleaned out the coop and put some D earth down. Also sprayed them down with Permectrin. Hopefully that’ll help. Thank you a ton for the advice! You’re awesome!

I would also treat the coop with Permethrin. Sadly, DE will not help with an active infestation.

Hope they all are a bit more comfortable now:)
