Chicken moving very slow seems to be puffy

All the chickens were supposed to be wormed when I bought them that was three months ago I also treat there water with cider vinegar every month

have you recently done the vinegar treatment? Is it hot where you live?

I gave them the cider vinegar three weeks ago Thursday I treated there water today again I'm going to bet on weekend to see about dewormer that can kill all worms

Cecal poops which occur every 9 or 10 poops will sometime look foamy, and also worms can cause it. But your picture is one of an egg membrane. This is very common with chickens that lay an occasional shell-less egg. I have seen it twice. Many hens will grab the membranes to pull on it, and sometimes it comes out on it's own.
