Chicken "mutt" club!!!

Yeah, there are 2 hens with big combs & they would flop over too, when they were younger. That's why I like my combless Maude so much! I'm assuming that getting these birds from a hatchery, that they are related? Not sure. Maude is an interesting hen.

I think I am going to give a shot. I am VERY curious! They all have very nice temperaments so even if the offspring was ugly they would most likely still be nice pets and lay eggs....As soon as I make sure my hen that has been acting broody is committed I am going give here some eggs. I am SO excited!

I would say some type of EE. Here are a couple of mine who I suspect has Wyandotte in them.

Here is Oreo my head roo, he is an EE so fits this thread. This was taken this past spring, we have a cherry tree, he was jumping and picking the cherries then calling his ladies.



He is an awesome guy, knows his name and comes to it, will eat out of my hand. Gaurds his ladies well has fought and brought blood from a hawk, and is tolerant of my two up and comming roos.
