I love the one with the black hat - that's the Polish mix?

Are the two brown/white/black ones SS (Speckled Sussex)? I just received 6 eggs, I hope some hatch. That is really pretty.

The barred black/white EE is neat too.. I haven't seen one like that before.

This is Eggatha, she was the UGLIEST **** bird i had ever seen, and talk about neurotic!! KARAZEY BIRD!! we thought she had died, didnt see her for weeks, then one day, here she was in the backyard with 10 chicks!! 10!!! she was TINY, i will never know how she sat in them all.. ugly bird.. i think she was a silkyXbarnyard mix..

Yeah, the polish mix is interesting. Was supposed to be an EE, but apparently I was given the wrong chick

Yes, brown/white/black are Speckled Sussex. They're starting to get some green too, but it wasn't bright enough today for it to show.
I know, me neither. I'm just new to all this chick stuff this year. I've had chickens forever, but this is my first time with raising the little guys

I'm also pretty sure that that one is a boy. He's got some red coming in on his wings and some green and red on his tail, so I may keep him to go with a different EE hatch I'm doing.
