Also, I believe doesn't work on mixed breeds either. Didn't work on my first generation crossed breeds.
Should be a list on what breeds it does work on? Would it be too long a list? Just throwing that out there.

I love Silkies too.. some of those crosses really look neat. I don't think I will do the orp/Silkie cross - but I will tell my friend that yes - a little rooster can fertilize those big fluffy birds!

Is the Cochin parent a bantam? I have a Bantam Light Brahma I was thinking of mixing with Silkie. I think the bantam Cochin was what they used to make Sizzles?

mother is a cochin, father is white silkie If you dont mind breeding mix breeds go for it ! Im not showing them, they are my fun hobby !

Doesnt work for most breeds!!

Never mind. I'm having a lot of fun guessing. They change so much everyday. One of them has reeeally looong wings while another still has fuzzy stumps!
