Hehe, that was my husband's doing. Her antics as a chick reminded him of this Kevin (who was also female)...

I plan to get 3 hens & a rooster I think they are australops, but not sure almost a year old, so i thinking in the following names: for the boy Khan, (like the movie my name is Khan) or Kachi (sun in taino) for the girls Karaya (moon in taino) , Anani ( taino) Atabey (taino) or Gina , Minah, Nima... or go for the spices lol Comino, Ginger, Tumeric & Safron...will se when i get them :O)

Oh boy, my chickens have weird names.

Roostroyer, the standard light brahma cockerel. He was named by the internet (long story).

Godzilla and Megatron, two gamey mutt pullets we got. I told my nieces I'd name the chicks if they didn't help me clean the poop off the carpet... my neices didn't help me so I named the chicks XD.

Rusty, another gamey mutt, she was named after her coloring.

Spaghetti, a barred rock plymouth. Named that because of her stripes.

Dust, stray gamey mutt hen we caught. Her feathers are of all shades of cream and white with some specs on them.

Flake, a white leghorn pullet we bought a couple of months ago.
