Chicken Newbie

Well I tell ya I gt a pullet and she has a rotten wing anythingI can put on it? There isnt an open sore or bite that I can find. But its jus wasting away. I sprayed iodine on the spot goin to try to wash her and try something else. Maybe med. Powder.
